Zumba Dance Fitness
Join licensed Zumba instructor, Jean Smith, for a healthy and fun hour of Zumba Fitness. Zumba Fitness is a dance fitness program based on Latin dance rhythms with a huge variety of popular songs and sizzling moves. It is designed for ages 13 and up and all of the routines can be modified for your body and fitness level. Relax, enjoy the music, reduce your stress and have fun getting healthier!
