UNLV Jazz Concert Series: Liberace Jazz Quartet
This series highlights the best student musicians from UNLV's Jazz Studies Program. Each month you'll hear different ensembles performing various styles of jazz – from mainstream to contemporary, to vocals or Latin jazz – whatever the concert, you can expect it to be good. The Jazz Studies Program has been active for more than 20 years with many of the ensembles taking part in festivals in Europe, Japan and South America. Additionally, many of the students have performed with visiting artists such as Bobby Shew, Bob Sheppard and Peter Erskine.
