2014 Indoor Boot Camp with Judy Paris

Tired of trying workouts with no results? Come to the Sahara West Library’s indoor boot camp class taught by Certified Personal Trainer, Judy Paris of J & D Fitness Group. Get ready to be motivated, inspired, and conditioned! This boot camp class will include cardio, stretching, strengthening (exercises such as pushups, squats, lunges, etc.), and core work and balancing.
Judy Paris specializes in body mechanics, alignment, and core training. She uses her educational background (Oklahoma State University), continued education certifications, and over 25 years of experience, to design programs that allow her clients to enjoy reaching their fitness goals safely and effectively. Judy carries certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), American Council of Exercise (ACE) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She holds the title of “Master Trainer” with the International Dance and Exercise Association (IDEA).
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and bottle of water, and make sure you are hydrated prior to class. As with any new exercise program, it is advised to consult with your doctor before taking these boot camp classes.
2014 class dates are: January 11 & 25, February 8 & 22, March 8 & 22, April 12 & 26, May 10 & 24, June 14 & 28, July 12 & 26, August 9 & 23, September 06 & 27, October 11 & 25, and November 8 & 22.
