Lyrical Hip Hop Dance Class for Adults
Enjoy FREE Lyrical Hip Hop Dance Classes at the Sahara West Library, where dance instructor, Kay Lee, will teach various dance concepts and choreography on a weekly basis. All class participants will learn modern dance styles which includes incorporations of:
- Jazz - Swing
- Ballet - Popping
- New Jack - Freestyle Movements
You must be 15 years of age or older to participate in these classes.
As with any new exercise program, you may want to consult with your doctor before taking dance classes.
