This class consists of a one-hour presentation followed by a one-hour hands-on session on how to e-mail. The class provides an overview of what e-mail is, the different e-mail providers, how to set up and use e-mail, why use e-mail versus snail mail, how to organize your inbox, create folders, create a list of contacts, what is spam and how to customize your e-mail account.
