Survival Skills for Non-Profits: Fiscal Sponsorship
Fiscal sponsorship is an alternative to starting a non-profit organization allowing you to seek funding and solicit tax-deductible donations under a sponsor’s exempt status. This 2 hour workshop will explain what needs to be done before approaching a fiscal sponsor as well as the pros and cons of having a fiscal sponsor and how to avoid potential problems when entering into a fiscal sponsorship agreement.
