Join licensed Zumba instructor, Jean Smith, every Tuesday for a healthy and fun hour of Zumba Fitness. This dance fitness program is based on Latin dance rhythms with a huge variety of popular songs and sizzling moves. It is designed for ages 13 and up and all the routines can be modified for your body and your fitness level. Relax, enjoy the music, reduce your stress and have fun getting healthier!
