As soon as the item is ready, the Library District will send you an email letting you know it's ready.
Your wait may be longer if:
- There's a waiting list for the item.
- The only copy is located at one of the out-of-town libraries.
- Some copies of the item are non-requestable.
You can log into My Account and see your request list. That will tell you where you are on the waiting list and the status of your request.
If you have questions about your requested items, please Contact Us. Be sure to include your library card number, your email address, and the title of the item. We'll check the status and let you know what's happening with your request.
