CALL offers English classes that are designed for non-native English speakers who wish to improve their English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. CALL offers an array of classes for multiple English levels. English classes are offered throughout the year. Each class goes for 6-8 weeks, four days per week, two and a half or three hours per day for a total of 70-72 hours. Adults wishing to participate are expected to commit to attending class daily for the entire length of the class. Classes are offered either in the morning or evening, to meet the needs of those registering to attend.
Current English class locations are: Clark County Library, Las Vegas Library, Rainbow Library, Sahara West Library, Spring Valley Library, Sunrise Library, West Charleston Library, Windmill Library, Bob Price Community Center, Cambridge Recreation Center, Doolittle Center, East Las Vegas Community Center and the Asian Chamber of Commerce.
CALL offers Open Computer Labs at both the Clark County Library and Las Vegas Library for current and past students. A Lab Monitor is available to assist students wishing to continue developing their language and work readiness skills through the use of online educational resources.
