Retired Art Teachers is a group of former art teachers from the Clark County School District who saw each other infrequently during their careers; bumping into each other at conventions, local exhibits, and student competitions. Meeting after retirement, they discovered they had a lot to share about the “good old days” and were excited to learn what each other has been doing with their time. They began meeting once a month to talk art and socialize. These former educators had put their art on the back burner while pursuing their teaching careers, and are now reigniting their love for creating art.
