Teachers in Libraries

The Library Foundation is excited to share that our Teacher Tutors are back in the libraries to help with kids and teens homework! This free service is supported by generous grant funding from Windsong Trust, MGM Resorts International, NV Energy Foundation, and the Las Vegas Raiders Foundation. Our free UNLV Student Tutors are also back in our libraries, and ready to help!

All tutoring is available on a drop-in basis on weekdays and weekends for any student in grades K-12. Tutors are happy to help students complete their homework or get some extra instruction on a variety of subjects. In many locations, bilingual tutors are available and can work with parents and caregivers, for whom English is not their first language, to assist with their child’s online learning requirements. Call your favorite branch for more information on the days and times that tutors are available.
